Charter Business Networks would like to offer you a few simple troubleshooting steps to assist you.

No Internet Connection

  1.  Is your Cable Modem Online?
        a. This can be determined by looking at light pattern on the cable modem.
        b. Click here for Modem pictures
   
  2. If your modem is offline. Unplug the power cord for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
        a. If modem does not come back online after two minutes. Please call 1.800.314.7195 for assistance.
        b. If modem does come online, try Internet again. If unsuccessful, restart all networking components computer.
