No Internet Connection
| 1. Is your Cable Modem Online? | |
| a. This can be determined by looking at light pattern on the cable modem. | |

| 2. If your modem is offline. Unplug the power cord for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. | |
| a. If modem does not come back online after two minutes. Please call 1.800.314.7195 for assistance. | |
| b. If modem does come online, try Internet again. If unsuccessful, restart all networking components computer. | |
| c. If you are still not able to get online please call 1.800.314.7195. | |
